Shipping and Returns

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail to street addresses in the USA within 2-5 business days of receipt of order. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for transit time. We will determine the best carrier for the products you ordered and will ship accordingly. Sorry, we do not ship outside of the USA and we do not offer expedited (over night) shipping.  FLAT FEE SHIPPING RATES BASED ON AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER. NO SALES TAX!

Order up to $99.99 in merchandise and pay only $10.95 flat fee shipping

Order $100 - $199.99 and pay only $12.95

Order $200 or more and pay only $14.95

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. Please be sure the email you provide when ordering is correct so that you receive these important notifications promptly. If you do not receive these emails, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER because emails do end up there by mistake. 

Please double-check that your address, phone number, and email are entered correctly on orders because UPS and FedEx will charge at least $12 to make a correction in delivery. Customers are responsible for extra charges due to errors you made on your order.

Please note that you will not see on your credit card statement. Instead, the charge will be from Gold Rush Trading Post or Gold Rush Group LLC. 

Canada and International Shipping:

Most of our products can only be shipped to addresses in the United States, except for Razer gaiters and Turtleskin gaiters, which can be ordered from our listings on Ebay and shipped internationally. Another option is to place an order on this site and use a package forwarding service (freight forwarder) located in the United States. We can send your order to that forwarding company's address, and they can send the package on to you anywhere in the world. Canadian and other international customers are responsible for setting up your own freight forwarding account and are responsible for ALL documentation that may be required by Customs and/or the carrier that does the actual shipping. If you have any questions about the documentation that might be needed, ask your freight and tracking numbers once your merchandise has shipped from us, but we are unable to provide any other type of documentation. You may use any freight forwarding service you choose, not just the one recommended here, as long as their shipping address is in the continental USA.


Merchandise you received that involves manufacturer-related product defects related to design or construction may be returned for refund or replacement if we are notified within 10 days of when you receive your order. ALL RETURN REQUESTS REQUIRE APPROVAL PRIOR TO RETURN. Please e-mail us and describe exactly the specific defect or damage. We will make arrangements to replace your damaged/defective merchandise or direct you to the manufacturer in case of warranty returns.

We sell only products made by reputable manufacturers who provide warranty protection on their products. Warranty information comes directly from the manufacturer and is included with your order. Please keep all warranty information you received with your purchase. Sorry, we are not a warranty return location, but you can easily obtain help with warranties by contacting the manufacturers directly.

For merchandise that involves "buyer remorse" or changing your mind, or other non-defective or non-damaged reasons for return, your merchandise must be in brand new, unused, and resale-able condition. ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO US AND APPROVED PRIOR TO RETURN within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies to all accepted, non-defective returns.  Please e-mail us if you wish to make a return and state the specific reason. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We are an online store only. For fastest service, please place your order over our secure website. Doing so provides a computer-generated detailed receipt that is immediately e-mailed to you. You will need this detailed receipt to validate product warranties. Please do not hesitate to e-mail us with your questions or comments. Our phone number is 503-583-2715.

You may securely place orders online using your personal debit card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover card or PayPal account by simply using the shopping cart feature. Once your order is placed via our website, you will receive an automatic e-mail  confirming the order. Please note that a hold may be placed on your funds by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Since we generally do not charge our customers' credit card until your order actually ships, you may also see a "release" of the same amount back into your account (done by your financial institution) if we do not charge your card within 24-48 hours. Please contact your financial institution for more information on these "holds" and "releases." is NOT responsible for placing or removing holds on your funds. We ONLY charge you once, which is generally when your order ships.

If an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you as soon as we know about it, so you can decide to either wait for the product to come back in stock, choose a replacement product, delete that item from your order, or cancel your order.
